Senior Business Development Manager

Role Purpose

This requires you to formulate effective business development strategies to drive the usage of products and services. You are also a key member in developing and improving the products and services to drive market penetration. You will work with a globally distributed team for strengthening the company positioning. You also need to develop and manage the local and overseas promotion activities.

Reports to:

Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for SALES and Business Development of Business Applications, Analytics and Automation solutions in the Region
  • Will be responsible for achieving targets from the assigned practices and territories
  • Will be responsible for Account Management and retention
  • Will be responsible to create consistent, healthy pipeline with predictable forecast

Technical Requirements :

Microsoft Certified Professional – D365

Educational Requirements :

Bachelors in Engineering from reputed colleges / universities, Masters in Management / Technology

Experience:

  • 7+ Years of experience in Software solution Sales
  • Should have experience in the Middle East Region preferably in UAE
  • Experience in Solution Sales in Cloud Business Apps ( xRM, ERP ), Analytics, Automation background
  • Should have hands on experience and should have consistently met the target above 2 to 3 M USD
  • Should be able to Cross sell / Up Sell
  • Good domain and business vertical understanding
  • Good Leadership, Presentation and Communication Skills
