Microsoft Dynamics 365 is Microsoft’s Business Applications Suite that combines functions of a CRM software with ERP. It also integrated to Microsoft’s Office applications and to Microsoft’s new tools and technologies such as PowerApps for building mobile and web apps and Power BI for business intelligence reporting.

Dynamics 365 combines feature functionalities for:
